There are 4 months each year that have an extra week of service— 5th service day. Poolscaping does not charge for these extra service days, but it will be taken for vacation, weather and sick days. There is no service on Thanksgiving and Christmas week. There are two other floating weeks for employee sick leave and vacation. Customers will be notified as soon as possible.

Payment Terms: Invoices are billed on the 1st of each month, for the “current month” and due by the 30th of the current month. Service will resume upon receipt of payment. There could be additional charges to restore the pool/spa to a swimmable condition. There will be a $25.00 fee for all returned checks.
